He's since built a career as a Director of Photography, working with global organisations such as FIFA, IMG, the Premier League, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Bain & Company. 

 

Today, as Director of Clay, he's passionate about giving back—collaborating with talented professionals to equip videographers and companies with the knowledge, tips, and tools to elevate their video production to the highest level.

 

Jess brings together decades of experience as a radio journalist and educator, underpinned by a lifelong passion for connection, communication and storytelling.

10 years behind the mic at Sydney’s powerhouse radio station 2GB, Jess spent another decade shaping the next generation of talent at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS), and working closely with corporate clients to elevate their communication skills.
