Alongside Sean, Clay’s collaborators include respected creatives and educators from radio, television and film, with backgrounds at 2GB, AFTRS, Network 10 and Foxtel. Together, the team blends technical excellence, storytelling craft and practical training to help videographers and organisations elevate the quality of their video production and presenting skills.

With over 25 years of experience in the creative TV and training industry, he began his career during a time when becoming a camera operator meant years of hands-on training.
He's since built a career as a Director of Photography, working with global organisations such as FIFA, IMG, the Premier League, Goldman Sachs, Blackstone, and Bain & Company.
Today, as Director of Clay, he's passionate about giving back—collaborating with talented professionals to equip videographers and companies with the knowledge, tips, and tools to elevate their video production to the highest level.

In this session, Seamus will focus on the craft of editing, exploring how decisions around timing, sequencing and sound shape the final piece, and how thoughtful editing transforms raw footage into something cohesive, engaging and impactful.
